when will i receive my refund?

after your return request is approved, the product is usually picked up within 2 business days.

once the returned item is received and verified at our warehouse, the refund will be processed. it may take 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your original mode of payment.

please note: returns may not be accepted if the product packaging is torn, damaged, or in an unsuitable condition at the time of pickup.

what is the refund timeframe?

after the return request is raised:

2 business days for product pickup
24 hours to initiate the refund after pickup
5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account

can i change the mode of payment for my refund?

refunds are processed only to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase and cannot be changed.

what is the refund method for cash on delivery (cod)?

for cash on delivery (cod) orders, refunds are processed via neft bank transfer to your registered bank account.

what happens if my order is lost or undelivered?

if your order is lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges if the payment was made online.

will shipping or cod charges be refunded?

no. shipping charges or cash on delivery (cod) charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

can i cancel my order?

to request an order cancellation, please email us at bhadreshbbb3@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing your order during our working hours (monday – saturday, 10 am – 6 pm).

as orders are processed quickly, cancellation requests depend on the order status. if the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

how long does it take to receive a refund on a debit or credit card?

refund timelines depend on your bank. sms alerts are typically sent for refunds above ₹5,000. for smaller amounts, please check your bank account or bank statement.
